Repositioning, rebrand and rollout for Landsail and Evergreen tyres

One in twenty-five tyres sold in the UK is a Landsail. But to avoid a price-driven race to the bottom, the brand needed to shift gears. We were brought in to get under the hood and re-engineer its positioning.

Aligning the brand with the smart technology and innovation behind the tyres’ manufacturing,  repositioned the product as premium quality at a near-budget price point, giving consumers a reason to believe in its superior quality and a rationale to pay a little more.

Row-A delivered a suite of brand assets, from POS and presentation motion graphics to ongoing B2B and B2C marketing materials, helping Landsail outmanoeuvre the competition.

Evergreen

One of the UK’s best-selling budget tyre brands, Evergreen was repositioned to connect with everyday drivers who prioritise safety and reliability. We positioned the brand around trust, reinforcing confidence through a campaign grounded in real-world endorsements.
